Each item featured on our site is in stock and ready to ship within the United States.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is 100% free on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping or handling fees added to your order.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
We typically process and handle orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before our daily 4:00 PM EST cut-off time are processed faster. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8–10 business days, depending on your location. You can expect your package within 9–12 business days total from the date of purchase.
5. Which courier services do you use for delivery?
We use a variety of trusted courier services depending on the delivery location and availability. Our system automatically selects the most reliable shipping partner based on your zip code and delivery timeline.
6. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase. Make sure to provide a correct email address and phone number, as these are required to confirm and process your order.
7. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at Support@Grime&Grace.com
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. 9. Are return shipping costs covered?
Yes, your order will include a pre-paid return label in the original package. However, return shipping is only covered if the item is defective or if we sent you the wrong item. In other cases, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
10. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to update your shipping address or make minor changes. Please email us immediately at Support@Grime&Grace.com with your order number and requested change. Once the order has shipped, no changes can be made.
11. Do your prices include taxes?
Yes. All product prices listed on our website include applicable U.S. state sales tax. You will not be charged any additional tax or fee at checkout.

We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
15. Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different style or color, please return the item according to our Return Policy and place a new order separately.
